The World Doesn't Wait for You
The world doesn't sit still. Lava shifts, terrain collapses, and what was passable yesterday might not be today — we wanted exploration to feel genuinely unpredictable.
Emberfall has had a rough go of it, to put it mildly — fire, collapse, and a whole lot of history nobody bothered to write down. Molten rivers cut through everything, and the ruins just sit there like the land itself is trying not to forget what happened.
In Chronicles of Emberfall, you begin your journey in a world that's already kind of on its last legs. The sacred flame that once kept things together is going out — and honestly, hope's not doing much better. As an adventurer, your task is to recover scattered relics, figure out what actually happened to the Emberkeepers, because nobody left a note, and help restore what remains of the kingdom.
Emberfall doesn't exactly hand you answers. There's something behind basically every corner — whether you want to find it or not.
Emberfall's got no shortage of places that'll kill you, confuse you, or make you feel like you stumbled onto something you weren't supposed to find.
Throughout your journey, you'll travel across:
As you explore, you'll uncover fragments of the Emberkeepers' legacy and slowly start piecing together just how badly it all went wrong.
The more you dig, the more you realize you've barely scratched the surface of what actually happened here.
The world doesn't sit still. Lava shifts, terrain collapses, and what was passable yesterday might not be today — we wanted exploration to feel genuinely unpredictable.
Find relics, mess around with how they interact, and figure out what actually works for your playstyle — there's no single right build here.
Play it however feels right — get in close, hang back and snipe, or lean into the elemental stuff if that's your thing.
The stuff you decide early on has a way of coming back around — usually at the worst possible moment.
Honestly, the team behind this was way smaller than it probably should've been — embarrassingly small, honestly — that burned through way too many late nights arguing about lore details most players will never notice.
Lead Designer
She's the one who made sure exploring actually feels rewarding — spent months getting the progression and pacing to click.
Narrative Director
Wrote all the lore, built out the characters, and basically invented the whole history of the place.
Art Director
Did all the visual stuff — the lava, the ruins, the lighting that makes you feel like something bad happened here a long time ago.
We put stories in corners nobody's probably ever going to reach. That felt important for some reason we couldn't fully explain at the time.
Got thoughts? We want to hear them — good, bad, whatever.
Drop us a line about whatever — bugs, ideas, complaints, fan art, we're not picky.
studio@dailyagency.siteSeriously, we read everything — your feedback is basically the only way we find out if we actually pulled this off — or completely missed the mark.
